An iconic aniseed in both its content and its container. The tradition of a distilled beverage with a long history and a unique taste.

PREPARATION
A production process based on natural aniseed grana and other selected herbs and plants. Distillation is carried out in the traditional way in copper stills. The resulting essential oils are mixed with cane sugar, demineralised water and top quality neutral alcohol. The result is this splendid dry aniseed.

TASTING NOTES
To the eye: colourless, transparent and bright.
To the nose: intense and full aroma.
On the palate: dry and persistent.

CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
Serving suggestion: drink it with water and ice and you will taste the traditional ‘Palomita’, a typical blend from the Levante area and Andalusia.
