This Anise cream is a sweet and smooth drink, ideal for a pleasant after-dinner drink.

PREPARATION
The natural aniseed grana and some other plants are distilled in copper stills. This is how the essential oils are obtained, which are added to the cane sugar, demineralised water and top quality neutral alcohol to produce the aniseed cream.

TASTING NOTES
To the eye: Aniseed cream that instantly captivates with its toasted cream colour.
On the nose: its great aromatic intensity stands out, in which the notes of Anis el Mono combine and play with soft touches of chocolate and caramel.
Palate: the palate reveals a dialogue between aniseed and cocoa notes, wrapped in a smooth, creamy texture, with a velvety and persistent finish.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve very cold. You can enjoy it on its own as a shot or in a glass or wide glass with ice. Do not mix with citrus drinks.
