PREPARATION: The natural aniseed grana and other plants are distilled in copper stills to obtain the essential oils, which together with the cane sugar, demineralised water and top quality neutral alcohol make up the aniseed. The mixture is then gently stirred, filtered and bottled.

TASTING NOTES
To the eye: Anis del Mono is colourless, transparent and bright.
To the nose: soft and full aroma.
To the palate: sweet and persistent.

CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION: Mixed with Li-Monada, lots of ice and mint, the perfect and refreshing complement to accompany your celebrations. If you prefer, drink it neat, combined with brandy in the rich ‘Sol y Sombra’ or added to coffee to sweeten it.
