A unique assortment! With eleven different varieties coming from eleven handcraft recipes. Made as in the late 19th century, giving each biscuit the time it needs, carefully selecting the ingredients and taking the utmost care in the manufacturing process. That’s why each biscuit is unique and each biscuit has a name. All without preservatives or artificial colouring and with natural ingredients.
These 11 types of Biscuits are:
Brisalet chocolate: Biscuit mille-feuille filled with delicious chocolate cream.
Ametllat: Delicious almond biscuit made with a recipe handed down from the late 19th century. Girona Excellent quality seal.
Russos Chocolate: Biscuit mille-feuille filled with hazelnut cream and dipped in chocolate.
Pirineic Chocolate: Delicious biscuit with a touch of hazelnuts, egg, butter and dipped in chocolate fondant.
Bescuit: Traditional egg sponge finger, sweet, light, very fluffy.
Boer Vainilla: Delicious biscuit mille-feuille filled with exquisite vanilla cream.
Boer Coco: Crunchy biscuit mille-feuille filled with coconut cream.
Crema del Canigó: Handcrafted biscuit recipe with almonds, egg and butter.
Cubano: Delicious rolled wafer handcrafted with a recipe from the late 19th century, only with natural ingredients, very crunchy.
Nuria: One of the most traditional biscuits with a unique flavour. Just like homemade ones, with egg, milk, butter and sugar.

Wheat flour (45,3%), sugar, chocolate (10,7%) (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), coconut oil, fresh eggs (2,7%), butter (2,4%), almonds, dextrose, coconut, milk (0,7%), hazelnuts, olive oil, raising agents (sodium and ammonium bicarbonate), glucose syrup, salt, vanilla flavour, lemon essence oil.
