How to prepare: 3 options for preparation:
- Open the tin and put it in a bain-marie for 15 minutes.
- Pour the contents of the tin into a saucepan and heat over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Pour the contents of the tin into a non-metallic container and heat, covered, in a microwave oven for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the power setting.

Litoral was founded in 1930 as a canned fish company. Later, the well-known Fabada Asturiana recipe was developed, and from the 1960s onwards, Cocido Madrileño and Lentejas a la Riojana were launched.
In 1985, Litoral became part of Nestlé Spain.
