Espinaler sauce-flavoured potatoes are made with potatoes delicately grown and selected at an altitude of 1,000 metres in the north of the province of Soria (Castile and León), 100% olive oil and very little salt. Espinaler has succeeded in perfectly combining the extraordinary Espinaler classic potato with the taste of the legendary Espinaler snack sauce.
