Gran Capitán Cured, the traditional mixed milk cheese, made like the cheese of yesteryear, matured for more than 5 months. A perfect combination of sheep's and cow's milk, which makes this a unique product due to its texture and flavour.
A cheese with an intense flavour, firm texture and an aroma of sheep's milk that brings back the air of the past. The cheese that was once used to celebrate winning battles, the same cheese that you now serve at your table to share with your comrades.
Ideal on its own, with bread, as a pairing or in combination with the best tapas.

Pasteurised sheep's milk (45 % min.) and cow's milk (40 % min.), salt, lactic ferments, stabiliser (calcium chloride), rennet and enzymes. Preservatives in rind : E-235 and E-202.
Inedible rind.
Average nutritional values per 100 ml/g. The % have been calculated based on the reference intake of an average adult (8400 Kj / 2000 Kcal):
The ideal storage temperature is between 1º and 8º C (try to avoid above 15º C).
When you are going to eat it, let the cheese rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes to enjoy its full flavour.
For short-term consumption, leave it out of the fridge, between 16º and 20º C, in a wooden-based cheese cooler that insulates it from humidity and allows the cheese to "breathe".
It is advisable to cover the surface of the cheese with waxed paper once it has been cut.
