Appearance: The interior is pearly white with caramel tones and irregular dark streaks produced by the truffle. Aroma: On the nose, we find the characteristic and penetrating aroma of the truffle with sweet notes of honey. The truffle aroma is appreciated from the moment the cheese is presented, enveloping us in a pleasant and intense truffle aroma. Pasteurised sheep's milk, 3% filtered honey, salt, 1% truffle preparation, lactic ferments (milk) and rennet.
