Appearance: Inside, we find a pearly white color with caramel tones and irregular dark veins produced by the truffle.
Aroma: On the nose, we find the characteristic and penetrating aroma of truffles with sweet notes of honey. The truffle aroma is apparent from the moment the cheese is presented, enveloping us in a pleasant and intense truffle aroma.
Flavor: On the palate, it is perfectly balanced thanks to the combination of these three exclusive and exceptional ingredients: our traditional sheep's milk cheese recipe, truffle, and honey, which brings out the best sensations of truffle, sweetness, and smoothness. Pasteurised sheep's milk, 3% filtered honey, salt, 1% truffle preparation, lactic ferments (milk) and rennet.
