    Egg butifarra is one of the most typical Catalan sausages. A cooked sausage made by hand, with lean meat, pork jowl, eggs, salt and pepper. Yellowish in color, it has a slightly grainy texture, and its flavour is fine and pronounced.

    Pork meat, pasteurized egg (25%), salt, spices, stabilizers (sodium polyphosphate, glycerin, yeast extract, plant extract), coloring (B-Carotene), dextrose, acidity corrector (glucono delta lactone), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservatives (potassium lactate, lactic acid).
