Sobrasada elaborated by the traditional system together with the respective species that give rise to a more special and spicy flavour, subjected to an adequate cure and later packed in a comfortable vacuum-sealed jar. With this presentation, it is possible to maintain the qualities of flavor and aroma for a long time, obtaining a very practical product for the consumer.
