    Juvé y Camps Reserva de la Familia is a highly prestigious cava produced in the Penedés region, one of the most renowned areas of Catalonia for the production of cava. This cava stands out for its elegance, complexity and character, being one of the most representative options of the Juvé y Camps winery, which has more than 200 years of experience in the production of sparkling wines.

    Grape varieties: It is made from a coupage of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada, three of the region's traditional varieties, which provide freshness, complexity and a fine, persistent bubble.

    Winemaking: After the harvest, the base wine undergoes controlled fermentation and long ageing on its lees (around 36 months), which gives it great complexity and creaminess.

    Organoleptic profile:

    Appearance: Pale yellow colour with golden reflections and fine, constant bubbles.
    Nose: Complex and elegant aromas, with notes of ripe fruit such as apple, pear and peach, together with hints of nuts, toasted bread and a slight note of brioche, the result of ageing on lees.
    Palate: Creamy and well-structured on the palate, with a well-integrated acidity that brings freshness and balance. The bubbles are fine and persistent, and the finish is long and elegant, leaving a fruity and slightly bitter aftertaste.
