    Approx. 475 gr piece of Señorío de Montanera´s Coppa de Bellota 100% Ibérica (acorn-fed), from Badajoz (Extremadura), vacuum sealed in premium packaging.

    The Señorío de Montanera acorn-fed Ibérico coppa is made with the exquisite meat that surrounds the presa, traditionally called cabecera or cabecero de lomo. It is made using seasonings and spices typical of the ancient slaughterhouses of Extremadura.

    The name 'coppa' for a traditional product of Extremadura, 'cabecero de lomo', comes from the name of its Italian counterpart. The innovation in the traditional preparation of the recipe, using the highest quality purebred Ibérico raw material, results in an Ibérico product of exceptional flavour and texture. Its marbled appearance, sculpted with the pinkish-coloured fat infiltrated from the muscle, gives it a very characteristic chiselled appearance. Its exceptional juiciness causes it to melt in the mouth, filling the palate with nuances when the spices of its seasoning are released in contact with the taste.

    Open the vacuum container for 15 minutes before consumption. After consumption, keep the remaining product in its original packaging at refrigerated conditions. When starting a new cut, remove the first slice.

    The ideal consumption temperature is between 18 and 24 ºC.
