INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Any kind of tender meat can be served. It is cut into small pieces of about 2 cm, and placed in a container with a few drops of oil or wine. The necessary content is added and everything is mixed well; it is given a few hours of rest so that it takes the seasoning and they are pierced in the skewer, roasting on the ember. In the absence of the same, they can be grilled on the griddle or in a frying pan.

This seasoning can also be used in small doses to season paellas and roasts in general.
