- Microwave: Without removing the omelette from the packaging, pierce the top plastic from side to side, heat for 3 minutes in the microwave at maximum power if you prefer it juicy or 4 minutes if you prefer it more curdled. Let the omelette rest for 1 minute on the plate.
- Frying pan: Remove the top plastic and the packaging. Add a drizzle of virgin olive oil to the frying pan, with the frying pan over medium heat, heat for 1 and a half minutes on each side if you prefer it juicy or 2 minutes on each side if you prefer it more curdled.
