500 ml bottle of Oro Bailén Organic Extra virgin olive oil, Picual variety, from Villanueva de la Reina (Jaén), Andalusia.

Cold extraction. Superior category olive oil obtained by solely mechanical means. Harvested during the first weeks of November.

Tasting notes: Bright green colour, luminous, with intense fresh olive fruitiness, and great complexity of herbaceous and fruity aromas, with green banana, almond and green tomato standing out. In the mouth it is voluminous and well-structured, very expressive, sweet and slightly spicy. It is a balanced and elegant oil both on the nose and on the palate. Almond aftertaste.
