The Aguasal pipas are sunflower seeds that are boiled with water and salt so that the amount of salt is greatly reduced. Once boiled, they are roasted in the same way as other seeds, but without the addition of a layer of salt, as they are boiled in water that was already salted. The result is seeds that if we compare them with the salted ones, or the “normal pipas” ones, have much less salt with 5 g or much less compared to the "classic" usual pipas that have 10 g or more salt.
