At EVOOLEUM 2025 awards, AOVE Coupage received an extraordinary score of 90 out of 100, placing it in the Top 10.
Cortijo La Toquera, which dates back to the 17th century, in the municipality of Rute, in the south of the Subbética region of Córdoba, where the best olive oils in the world are produced, they continue to cultivate the centenary olive trees inherited from our ancestors with the wisdom and know-how they taught us.
The result is a totally natural and artisan Extra Virgin Olive Oil, extracted cold to preserve the polyphenols and aromas that make it unique and unmistakable.
To do this, Cortijo La Toquera selects the best areas of their estate (solanas) and pick the olives just at the veraison stage (change of colour) to achieve the maximum fruitiness and polyphenols in our EVOO.
Thanks to the short time elapsed between harvesting and milling (3 hours) they manage to obtain an acidity of only 0.17º.
All this process together with the varieties of their estate (Hojiblanca, Picuda and Pajarera), the latter being exclusive to the Subbetica area of Cordoba, provides unique and incomparable aromas.
