Castillo de Canena amontillado extra virgin olive oil is the fruit of the passion for two great gastronomic products as outstanding as extra virgin olive oil and Jerez sherry wines.
Castillo de Canena and Lustau joined forces presenting the first extra virgin olive oil refined in sherry casks. An early harvest Arbequina variety oil of the highest quality, refined in a single barrel where previously aged a very old Lustau Amontillado. The result is a young and ductile Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, impregnated with the complex aromas typical of the old Amontillado.
A pleasure for the senses thanks to fragrances and sherry nuances never seen before in an olive oil.
It is ideal to combine with salted or baked fish, poultry and grilled veal, mushrooms, rice, seafood, or even nuts chocolate.
Superior category EVOO obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical processes. First cold extraction.
