• In microwave: Remove the cardboard packaging. Slightly open the top film using the easy-open flap, making sure not to tear it or leave any residue on the edge (if the film tears, remove it completely). Place the container in the microwave, making sure it does not touch the sides of the container, and heat for about 1 minute (the time may vary depending on the power of your microwave). Remove the bowl, mix and serve.
• In Pan: Heat the contents of the container over low heat for approximately 5 minutes.
