Anetro sautés the onions, tomatoes and garlic in virgin olive oil over very low heat. Then, seasons with paprika and a touch of saffron and add all the meat to the sauce: the rabbit, the duck and the pork ribs, and continue cooking gently for more than 2 hours, adding its Chicken stock little by little.
