Average nutritional values per 100 ml/g. The % have been calculated based on the reference intake of an average adult (8400 Kj / 2000 Kcal):
Desalt in water for at least 2 hours and cook completely at >70ºC for at least 2 minutes before consumption.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Recommended between 0 ºC and 15 ºC.
