The half centres of shoulder hams are cured with bones for a minimum of 7 months. Once the shoulder ham is ready to eat, it is deboned by hand and the pieces are shaped. The format is ideal for easy cutting, and its shape allows us to cut slices of different sizes, to be able to serve the product in tapas, sandwiches or recipes. Intense, pleasant, and balanced flavour, with its spectacular fat veto.
Mayoral: Based in Somontano de Barbastro, Huesca, it was founded at the foot of the Pyrenees mountains in 1950 to produce pork products. Since then, they have continued the work that began three generations ago, keeping the old recipes and the secrets of the production and curing process of these traditional products. This artisan production is complemented by a meticulous selection of raw materials, as well as the incorporation of new technologies and quality certificates.
