1 litre bottle of Terry Centenario, Brandy spirit drink, Solera, from Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz, Andalusia. ABV: 30%.
A spirit drink with a smooth and sweet taste thanks to its elaboration process, perfect to mix with coffee.
Terry most iconic spirit and #1 best-selling in Spain within its category. Its solera was created in 1925. It ages in oak casks previously seasoned with Sherry wines through the traditional Criaderas and Solera system, typical of the Marco de Jerez region.
Luminous bright amber color with acrid tones.
Very delicate aroma, ethereal, pleasant, with vanilla nuances from the wood that contained it. Also, fruity and bitter almond notes.
Smooth, warm, with notes of raisins, grapes and oak. Complex, persistent and long in the aftertaste.
Best enjoyed: perfect to enjoy after-dinner combined with a good coffee.
Pairing: perfect to enjoy with desserts, sweets, dried fruits and coffees.
The history of Terry dates back almost five centuries, when Guillermo de Terry emigrated to Cádiz from Ireland ready to revolutionize the history of Sherry wines. The Terry family acquired their first winery in 1865 and, since then, have been committed to quality whilst never neglecting tradition.
During the 20th century, Terry launched numerous brandy and sherry brands to the market, including the well-known Terry Centenario and Terry 1900. Terry know-how has led to Centenario becoming the best-selling spirit in its category in Spain today.
