50 cl bottle of Pazo Señorans Premium Aguardiente de Hierbas (Herbal spirit), Orujo-based, IGP Aguardiente de Hierbas de Galicia, from the town of Meis, Pontevedra (Galicia).
100% Albariño grape variety. ABV: 37,5%
This Orujo de Hierbas is elegant, persistent and digestive. It is made from a magnificent white orujo that has been macerated with dried herbs and then aged in barrels for four months. As connoisseurs like it, it forms pearls when served in the glass.
Tasting Notes: Amber colour, bright and attractive. Good intensity of sweet and bitter camomile with nuances of anis accompanied by coriander seeds which makes it crisper and more jovial. Smooth entry with a slight touch of sweetness over a bitter base.
Pazo Señorans winery is located in the valley of Salnés, under the D.O. Rías Baixas (Pontevedra). The pazo and the winery were founded in 1989 by the married couple Marisol Bueno and Javier Mareque. Nowadays, their four children run the business.

White orujo macerated with dried herbs from Galicia.
The correct thing to serve the orujo after a meal on its own, without ice or garnish, at a temperature between 8º and 10º C degrees, and in a 'grappa' glass.
Producer: Pazo de Señorans, S.L.
