This cheese combines El Gran Cardenal´s Castellano sheep's cheese, winner of 4 International Gold Medals, together with one of the treasures of the Mediterranean diet, olive oil.
For this El Gran Cardenal use its own olive oil, coming from centenary olive trees cultivated in the lands that San Isidro cultivated with his wife.
This cheese combines El Gran Cardenal´s Castellano sheep's cheese, winner of 4 International Gold Medals, together with one of the treasures of the Mediterranean diet, olive oil.
For this El Gran Cardenal use its own olive oil, coming from centenary olive trees cultivated in the lands that San Isidro cultivated with his wife.
