40 gr pre-sliced in 20-22 slices of Martiko´s Jamón de Pato curado (cured duck ham), Ibérico recipe, from the town of Lesaka (Navarre), in vacuum-sealed packaging.

Duck ham comes from duck breast that has been dried using the same technology as Ibérico ham: temperature, humidity and salt level control, a touch of spices, many hours of drying, a quality raw material, and the result is this Martiko duck ham. A masterpiece of gastronomy.  In this format, it has been added spices such as paprika and oregano.

Especially suitable for salads, centerpieces, side dishes, or garnishes.
