Duck ham comes from duck breast that has been dried using the same technology as Iberian ham: temperature, humidity and salt level control, a touch of spices, many hours of drying, a quality raw material and the result is this Martiko duck ham.
Especially suitable for salads, centerpieces, side dishes or garnishes.
