The Chorizo de Cantimpalos is a cured sausage product made from fresh fatty pork meats to which salt and paprika are added as basic ingredients and to which garlic and oregano may also be added, subjected to a drying-maturing process.

Lean fatty pork (pork fed 75% on barley, wheat and/or rye during its last 3 months), sweet paprika D.O.P. de la Vera, common salt, garlic, emulsifiers (E-450, E-452, E-451), milk protein, dextrose, and antioxidants (E-331iii and E-301).
