Approx. 300 gr sarta piece of Farcedo´s Morcilla Patatera Ibérica, from Hornachos (Badajoz), Extremadura, in flow packaging.
Traditional sausage from Extremadura and one of the most emblematic of Farcedo, made mainly with minced Ibérico pork belly, marinated with spicy paprika from La Vera, common salt, garlic and boiled potatoes from Extremadura. Its colour is red and its flavour is mild. In Extremadura and some parts of Spain this product is also known as 'morcilla patatera', although it is not made with blood. It matures in natural drying sheds until it reaches its optimum curing point.
This product received the International 'Superior Taste' award in 2016 in recognition of its taste and quality.
