Thanks to its format, its slices are ideal for tapas, making it an ideal product for the preparation of ham portions, tapas, or pinchos (skewers).
Sánchez Alcaraz 50% Ibérico de Cebo hams come from selected Ibérico breed animals, reared and fed in the traditional way. Sánchez Alcaraz has drying sheds in Salamanca and Extremadura where the hams are cured following the traditional system, allowing them to go through the salting and drying phases under optimum conditions. The curing process is slow and long, improving the texture and flavour compared to short-cured hams.
