    Made according to a family recipe using goat's milk. Coated on the outside with natural paprika (obtained from drying and grinding red pepper), it gives the cheese an attractive reddish colour, as well as a very special aroma and flavour.

    The combination of the creaminess of goat's milk and the flavour of natural paprika is one of the best possible combinations in cheeses.

    Tasting note: Medium-high intensity aroma of animal family, goat and dairy touches, yoghurt, butter. Aromas in the mouth of medium-high intensity to the animal family, goat's milk and in the dairy family, yoghurt, butter... Slightly acidic and salty taste. Residual taste of medium-high intensity in clean goat, with hints of yoghurt. Mouthfeel: very easy to melt, soluble and slightly oily on the palate.
