Artisan Manchego cheese with Protected Designation of Origin (DOP). Made from raw Manchega sheep's milk and matured for 3 to 4 months on their farm Finca La Prudenciana in Tembleque. Pressed paste cheese, with marks on the rind of the flower and the pleita.
Its taste is creamy, lactic and smooth intensity. With a persistent aftertaste.
